Abigail Piron
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
About Me
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Masters degree in Counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family from Northwest Nazarene University.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages but have specific experience with adolescents and individuals of all ages, and marriage and family therapy. I aim to help clients, couples, and families through a collaborative process focusing on the inherent strengths we all posses. I work with: stress and anxiety due to life transitions, parent-child relationships, divorce, parenting, family conflict, depression, wellness, lifestyle changes, and life coaching.

My approach to counseling is through family-systems theory, Adlerian psychology, and holistically from a mind-body connection framework. The key concepts that I identify most with are choice, encouragement, understanding meaning of life, acceptance of who we are as unique individuals and the incorporation of exercise and overall wellness.
